QV Medical Centre Elizabeth St is co-located inside Ping Ming Health on Level 7, offering a private and calm environment suitable for longer consultations with our experienced and caring doctors.
Our Elizabeth St clinic can assist with all general medical issues with a special focus on women's health, pregnancy, skin cancer checks, mental health, chronic disease and complementary health care.

Dr Alison Edwards is a caring Melbourne trained GP of over 30 years experience. She loves the variety and challenge of general practice which cares for families of all ages, devoting her time to being the best doctor she can be by avoiding the current trend of quick fixes.
Dr Edwards is experienced in women’s health, from adolescence to menopause and beyond, but regards taking care of men’s health equally as important. She also cares for pregnant women through the shared antenatal care offered by most Melbourne obstetric hospitals.
Dr Charis Su is a friendly and caring Chinese medicine practitioner who has great passion for health. She has over 10 years of clinical experience from Australia and Taiwan.
Dr Su is very experienced with women’s health, fertility and pregnancy issues. She also has a special interest in metabolic, skin, immunity and stress-related health issues, all types of pain conditions including headaches, musculoskeletal and neurological problems.
Dr Su enjoys helping her patients not only to solve their immediate concerns but also providing them with practical knowledge about their health to maintain wellbeing.
Practicing with compassion, patience and great attention to detail, Dr Jinnan Cai is passionate about the potential of traditional Chinese medicine to provide effective and natural health care that complements both western medicine and our modern lifestyles.
Dr Cai is experienced with a wide range of health problems including musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, women’s and men’s health (both physical and emotional), symptoms of stress such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, headache and insomnia as well as skin and allergy, digestive and metabolic disorders. He also has a special interest in the treatment of neuropathic and chronic postoperative pain with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Dr Cai holds a double degree in Chinese medicine and human biology with first class honours from RMIT University.
Jacinta is our experienced and capable practice manager. She has worked in both allied health and medical centres keeping the operations intact and is your go to person for any queries you may have.
Maddie is one of our go to front desk guru's who has recently completed her training in paramedics.
